in what meal is spinach replaced with pasta ;m
Given that 'des' is a required grammatical form that doesn't necessarily mean 'some' - cf des pates - 'Does she want spinach' ahould be accepted.
Does she want spinach or would she prefer pasta...not accepted 27/08/20
Should it not be 'ou elle préfère les pâtes' as opposed to 'des pâtes'?
why not "préfère les pates ?" Another exercise "Tu preferes les sushis au thon ou au saumon ?
Strange choice to have to make
Does she want spinach or would she prefer pasta...not accepted 04/05/21. Will someone please explain why?
I think it's the "would". I think that would require the present conditional ("elle préférerait").
why is it 'some spinach' but not 'some pasta'? A previous exercise was marked wrong for translating 'des epinards' as 'spinach' and not 'some spinach'.
My answer was "spinach" and "some pasta". It was accepted. This was a tile exercise and there was only one "some".
Agree with Arron190......
Now answer is as it is with correct spellings and given wrong I don't know what is going on
