I believe "entrego" can be translated as "deliver" and also "give". Am I right?

Yes. But to give in a physical sense. Hand to hand.

Why not 'I deliver water bottles'? It says that's incorrect - context???

There is a slight difference in meaning. 'Water bottle' is what athletes use during sporting events. It may or may not be full of water or other sports drinks, such as Gatorade or Powerade. 'Bottle of water' is a clear, plastic bottle you can buy in the store and is always full of water.
