    why is this wrongg?:

    Nos non deos videmus.


    Not sure if it's completely wrong or not but I think Latin tries to keep a negating word next to the verb it is negating, i.e., you shouldn't split up non and videmus by putting deos between them.


    Sounds like Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens are the ones preparing sentences for this course.


    I also think it shouldn't be marked wrong. I'm not a native speaker, so correct me if I'm wrong. I think the English sentence could be interpreted in two ways at least: - We do not see the gods, we see e.g. little boys - We do not see the gods, we hear them (for example) So it should be open for both translations.
