How do I use duolingo?
I signed up a few days ago and did my first lesson and got some points or coins. But now I can't find the course, and my points or coins are gone. I can only find a take-the-tour page and other stuff that doesn't get me back to where I was.

Maybe you are not logged in? Do you a login button somewhere (top right I think) ?
Since you're new to Duolingo, I think you would also benefit from the various guides on the unofficial wikia pages, I would suggest to start with the Getting Started Guide : http://duolingo.wikia.com/wiki/Getting_Started_Guide
