Absolutely no reason. It's a perfect french sentence even if "Elle regardait tout le temps par la fenêtre" is a better way (more fluid). So once again a totally unjustified reject...

Duolingo is struggling to translate 'used to' . Every sentence they use it they try something else. It's pretty annoying
