Advanced trees and bonus skills

Please create advanced trees and bonus skills for the courses already developed, such as French for English speakers. Please?

Seconding this!

If anything, I would really like it if they brought the Christmas skill back. They removed it from the store so there is one slot for bonus lessons without an available skill to fill it.

It probably comes back around Christmas. I still have it, but bought it when it was there around the Christmas days.

I'm not trying to be facetious...but what if you created an advanced category, Holiday theme, Slang area? Wouldn't you learn a lot through the process? Before you throw this back at me...that's what I did using:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french/cool/ http://ielanguages.com/frenchmp3s.html (slang area or others...)

and after I completed Duolingo, those are the kinds of assignments I would give myself, and I learned more because I was proactive and independent. Bon chance.

Or just open up the original languages into the incubator and allow the community to add new lessons

It's not that there aren't other methods - this one is simply a lot of fun. I'd like to continue improving my language skills with it. (Although I'm nowhere near the end of my tree yet, I know I will need to keep going.)

I concur...although there is something to be said about duolingo being a catalyst, and we moving forward on our own...having gotten a solid foundation from Duolingo

I have about 2 months left to go for my French tree, but I support and want these too. A slang or dishes bonus skill would be good additions for French.

I agree. I think we should have a balance between expanding languages and deepening trees.

I'm guessing thry mean more lessons for advanced users and more bonus lessons like 'idioms' and 'flirting'.
