Summer Practice

Hello, all! I actually just started Duolingo several days ago wanting to teach myself some Italian, but I decided it would be a good way to review/keep up with my Spanish over the summer so that I would be prepared for my Spanish 5 class. Well! While I sped through my tree by testing out of nearly everything at once (which definitely wasn't as fun as going through lesson by lesson), the translations and discussions are what's been keeping me coming back day after day to practice. Just wanted to send out a thanks to all of you awesome people for the great community you've all fostered here on dl. Hope to continue learning here in the future!

Definitely! It makes it much more fun to practice--which obviously makes me more likely to do it!

definitly nice people! as a reward for going through a lesson and still having all my hearts left, i let myself just like see what everyone else is having discussions about. it does make me work harder at learning my languages on dl!
