Wiktionary gives both feumail and feumach as legitimate translations, but both appear in a multiple-choice question…


tha coin feumach would mean that dogs are in need of something, "dogs are needy". Normally this is followed by air + the thing needed, e.g. tha coin feumach air biadh "dogs need food". feumail is the one that means "useful, necessary".
