"Cosa arriveresti a fare in nome dell'amore?"

This sentence makes zero sense to me. So "arriveresti a fare" means "go as far as doing"?

"Arrivare a" + infinitive can mean to do something out of the ordinary if needed; in this case "what would you be willing to do in the name of love?", like flying to the other side of the world for a kiss or something. Another example would be "Come hai potuto arrivare a tanto?" (how could you go so far as to do that).
