Here is the conjugation of the verb "boire": je bois, tu bois, il boit, nous buvons, vous buvez, ils boivent

The difference is that "bois" is used with "je" (I) and "tu" (you, informal), and "boit" is used with "il" (he), "elle" (she) and "on" (one/we). There is no difference in pronunciation, though.

@olimo You have a typo. I'm sure you mean. . ."boit" is used with "il" (he), "elle" (she) and "on" (one/we).

@rafaelh.souza "bois" and "boit" are pronounced the same.
