Word mnemonic:

I have to undo a lot everything because my parakeet spilt tea all over my computer while doing this skill!

parakeet is in Finnish?

What's the difference between 'undulaatti' and 'aratti'?

I'm also interested to know the etymology of 'undulaatti', as it presumably has to be a loan-word given that no parakeets are found anywhere near Finland, yet it seems to bear no resemblance to any other language's word for 'parakeet'.

From the Wiktionary entry, it looks like it's from the scientific name, Melopsittacus undulatus.

Undulaatti is budgie, aratti is parakeet. At least in British English. The Americans call a budgie a parakeet!

Imagine two people getting into an argument and saying and one person yells "SINÄ UNDULAATTI!"
