"English is really an important language." - is it not good?

Hmm, yes. "Todella on" is meant to emphasise the "on", as in "English really, truly IS an important language". In Finnish "Englanti on todella tärkeä kieli" would then emphasise "tärkeä (kieli)" -> it's a REALLY IMPORTANT language.

Can't it be "English is really an important language"?

English is really an important language. This is a correct English sentence

Why not English is a really important language, and move todella in front of tarkea too? This sounds weird.

It wants to say "English truly is an important language." It's correct - just a matter of emphasis.

In Finish "Englanti on todella tärkeä kieli"

That's "English is a really/very important language" - different emphasis.

This english answer is weird..

Agree with the above. The answer should be "English is a really important language". Putting the "really" where it is indicates a cynical or argumentative tone that i suspect isn't present in the Finnish
