Kiitos and sinae , what is the difference between those two?

kiitos - thank (you), thanks

sinä - you

In English the phrase "thank you" contains the pronoun "you", but in Finnish "kiitos" is just "thanks".

If you wanted to say "I thank you" in Finnish, you'd say "minä kiitän sinua". "Haluan kiittää sinua" would be "I want to thank you", etc.
