What is the difference between toilichte and sona--either in sense or in usage?

I can't answer your question but I looked up "happy" in the dictionary on Learngaelic.scot and found some interesting phrases. My favourite was "cho sona ri òthaisg" which is apparently "as happy as a five to twelve month old sheep"!
