Nettiä should be "internet", Wifi is still Wifi in Finnish

Is there wifi/internet here is better and more accurate than does "this place" have WiFi.

Is there Internet here sounds way better.

Wouldnt this translate as "Is the web here?" Wifi would be Wifi (since its a trading name) or VLAN. Internet would be verkko

Funny that there is a full-sentence hint that says "does this place have WiFi", but it is not accepted.

I agree with him.

Everyone I've ever encountered here calls it "WiFi". Some people say "wee-fee", some say "vee-fee".

Could we use "tämä paikka" for this place?

Should " Do you have WiFi here?" (or internet) be correct as well?

Well, Wifi/WLAN is not the same as Internet connection. It is rather one method of connecting to a network and the Internet. Colloquially they are often used interchangeably.
