The English translation does not tell the age of the customer. Thus, both 'ole' ja 'olkaa' should be accepted. The latter is used in everyday life when addressing unknown older or more senior people by rank, as well as in formal occasions. "Ole hyvä" is an informal form of addressing and is used for younger people, friends, colleagues, elders when they are known, etc.
