(the "ja" is almost inaudible to me)

Shouldn't there be a comma after Ruotsi?

The serial comma is not practised in Finnish. In fact, it is merely present in the English language.

Merely present in the English language? Really?

In Finnish there isn't a comma there, before the word "ja", when you're listing things. In English there is and I think it's called the Oxford comma.

Probably no. In some languages you don't put a comma after "and".
