Are you seriously rejecting "Kuinka monta hamsteria heillä on"? Come on... it's not only a literal translation (which the course favours way too much in general, but apparently not when it should) but also more natural than "montako".

Reported.

This course is very seriously still in beta...so that's the nature of the beast ;-)

Thanks for reporting!

What's wrong with "kuinka moni hamsteria..."?

It's ungrammatical.

The grammatically correct Kuinka moni hamsteri means something else: [Out of X number of hamsters,] how many hamsters [like carrots]? That's a sentence about a subset of a defined group, not a neutral question about the size of a group.

I also wrote kuinka monta...I agree that it also works
