"Bothering" would probably be a better translation for "häiritsee" here. The shadow could be "disturbing" if it was a creepy shape or something.

How about "annoys"? Can it be applied to a shadow?

I am not sure if I am learning more Finnish or English here...

I agree with the other comment, and just thought it might be more natural english to say (at least what I would say in the UK) "this shade is bothering me"

it should be shade instead of shadow, and bothers feels better than "is disturbing"

"The shade is bothering me" would be a more natural way to say this in english.

Agree. Report, so they can improve the translation

DL rejected -This shade is disturbing me etc-. (bothering is much better) I have reported my rejection.

Since there is no difference in Finnish between present simple and present continuous, "disturbs" should be accepted along with "is disturbing"

Yeah, agree with most people here, a shadow can't really disturb. Should be "This shadow is bothering me", sounds more natural. Reported

This shade is bothering me.

Agreeing with the consensus that bothering or (my preference) annoying is better than disturb but in this sentence I think shadow is better than shade.
