No, onko has the question marker (-ko) in it so it should be the first word

I made the same mistake. We got used to saying "sinulla on" so we deduced that the question would be "sinulla onko."

If we use 'onko' shouldn't 'on' be at the end of the sentence? For example: onko sinulla norjalainen kissa on?

On is already at the beginning of the sentence: onko is on + ko. The word with ko is always at the first place in the phrase
