This is correct, but in everyday Finnish it is more common to refer to a television as a TV [teevee] or telkkari :)

They're mostly interchangeable. 'Iso' is maybe more common in spoken language and 'suuri' in written. To me 'suuri' could also be bigger than 'iso'.

Ok at some point "televisiota" was introduced - inexplicably. So, what's televisiota that it's not the same as televisio and is marked incorrect on this question?

Televisiota is partitive. There's no reason to use it here.
