The woman is saying an-de. On checking the answer the man says an-diugh.

I agree that the voice definitely sounds as though it is "an-de", not "an-diugh".

To the comments saying the voice is saying "an-dè"- it is most certainly not, although I can see how if you wanted to hear "an-dè" it can sound that way. Try listening back again with the word "an-diugh" in mind and you will hear the difference.
