To me 'voitko sanoa' or 'voitteko sanoa' sounds more natural than 'osaatko sanoa'. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned.

We don't need and should not have that comma between "me" and "where" in the English sentence.

Yeah,we're taking away a lot of unnecessary commas now. But Duolingo doesn't require any punctuation anyway, so it shouldn't make a difference.
