Pop up window "Do you Really want to leave this page?" needed in all lesson pages

All duolingo subs need this. They should be a pop up message during the exercises that if you accidentally click away from the page a pop up notice will ask for confirmation. This will prevent you accidentally clicking a link and loosing all your hard work by mistake.

There should probably also be some way to save your "progress" (say your about half done with a 'lesson') - but you need to close the browser, or reboot the computer.

Yeah auto save would be good feature but I think it would detract from the benefit of making yourself finish the lesson.

Except if your computer absolutely needs to reboot (Windows Update, something else) and you at like 19/20 (or so) you basically have to redo the entire thing again.
