Should this be konot instead of kono, since it precedes a noun beginning with a vowel? Assuming that oktiot is in the locative case, the tips for that lesson indicate:
Again, for singular forms that end in t (excluding those that end in ȳrot) the t reappears when the following word begins with a vowel.
