Is there any way to hear the difference between la scene and la Seine? I was thinking of a starlit walk along the river.

Pourquoi ? Avait-il une crise de foie?

"The stars are lighting the scene, it's romantic". Anyone see a problem with this translation?

I don't see a problem with it. I think the only problem is Duo being so rigid on translations that people need to keep getting reassurance for obviously decent answers that demonstrate they did indeed understand the target language.
