Why is 'mies sisukas' wrong instead of 'sisukas mies'?

I could imagine that making sense only if that's his name. Any adjective in a noun phrase always has to be placed behind the noun it modifies.

I believe its cause "Sisu's man" like in English. Doesn't work in reverse.
