"The naughty cat is again in trouble." is also a valid answer.

That does not sound right in English to my ear.

You have a point. "Again" would normally come last, but for emphasis the speaker could use the order suggested. It's still good English idiom. I suspect the original answer best conveys the sense of the Finnish.
