I didn’t understand this, but anyway, proper names aren’t usually translated. So: "herra Blue Sky"

Proper names aren't translated... unless the point of it is practising a new language.

Also, real non-historical people's names aren't translated, but characters of stories are often translated or adapted (such as Disney's Paperino = Donald Duck in Italian, or Harry Potter's Mimi Geignarde = Moaning Myrtle in French, or Spongebob's Calamardo Tentáculos = Squidward Tentacles in Spanish, or Don Quixote = Don Quijote when translated into English, or Asterix's Geriatrix = Agecanonix when translated into English).
