Took me a while to work out what "Here you are" meant. Not a good example out of context.

I agree. "Here you go" would be better imho, though it's a bit colloquial.

Why would you include 'ole hyvä' (in lower case) and 'Kiitos' (upper case) as answers in the text boxes? This is very misleading.
