Perhaps a more natural translation would be "Anna studies computer science to become an engineer." You don't really need the phrase "...in order to...."

Would a better translation be: Anna studies to become an engineer in computer science?

Anna is studying in order to become an engineer, not accepted, even though 'is studying' is in the drop down....

You missed out what she is studying, "computer science" :-)

A degree in computer science does not qualify you to become an engineer, only a Software Engineer.
