I have = minulla on. In fact, I have never heard a Finnish person say, "jotain on sinulla/minulla"

It is not the most common word order but it emphasizes that we are talking about THE sandals and THE towel. I have added the other orders as well because depending on the context those might also be "the" sandals/towel.
