I don't understand why right here and over here are not correct. Could anyone explain?

"Right here" (tässä) is saying something is very close or right in front of you. While "over here" (täällä) is saying something is in a general area over where you are. Same kind of thing with "right there" (tuossa): something is in that specific area that can be pointed at, and "over there" (tuolla): something is in a general area over somewhere.
