I am not native english speaker... thought that has and has got is the same, but not here

They're basically the same in meaning, but "have" by itself is more formal. "Have got" is an informal version of "have," and is more often used in British English than in American English. "She has got," "They have got," etc. are normally contracted to "She's got," "They've got," etc.
