Word order not programmed? Got marked wrong for writing "kello on rikki taas" instead of "kello on taas rikki".

I am from finland and it's okay to say "miksi kello on rikki taas". But you can use "miksi kello on taas rikki" too

Finnish word order is more similar to german order than english. To put taas at the end sounds weird

"taas" is commonly used at the end of a clause https://haku.yle.fi/?language=fi&uiLanguage=fi&query=Taas Finnish is a formative language, it doesn't have word order as specific as English.
