The suggested translation "You are breaking up again" is basically fine but not too literal and thus hard to guess... "The sound is breaking up again" or "The sound cutting in and out" should also be accepted.

It's a bit confusing. The sentence meant the definition of a connection breaking up on a call, not breaking up with a relationship or something like that. To be fair, they could've clarified more on the translation.
