I seem to find that referring to something specific like "he/she/you" requires you use a word for it, but when one is not present it is likely to be "it". So I would think if it were to be "Do you have" it would state "VocĂȘ tem".

It shows "Do you have money in that wallet?" as a correct solution. I think the word "any" is required as the translation for "algum": Do you have any money in that wallet?
