Is piirakka a loanword? Or rather, a portmanteau? "Pie" + kakku?

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/piirakka "From Russian пиро́г (piróg, “pie”), from Old East Slavic пирогъ (pirogŭ)." And from the page for Russian пиро́г: "probably from Proto-Slavic pirъ + -ogъ", where "*pirъ" means "party, fest".
