Does -llinen basically add -ly to a word? So would aikaa (time) with -llinen aikallinen be temporarily or something?

"Aikallinen" is not a Finnish word. Keep in mind the consonant gradation. It's "ajallinen". One of the possible translations is "temporal". And there are plenty of examples of English words with the -ly suffix that translate to Finnish words that don't end with "llinen".

Why isn't "horse" acceptable? Pupu accepts "rabbit" as well as "bunny"
