My guess is not for a long time. Please avoid requesting new languages; the duolingo team already has enough on their plate and requesting more languages will not make things go any more quickly.

It has been said that It could possibly be due this year, but that is not certain yet. However, they are working on it.

@curley133 What I posted was "my guess," not something that I was sure of. Also, my point is still valid: requesting new languages will not make them come any more quickly. I am very sorry that you were offended by my post.
