Free Spanish Audio Course!

I stumbled across a website called www.languagetransfer.org when looking for free audio courses for Spanish to use along side Duolingo.

Its a great resource considering it's free and they have just released a new 'Complete Spanish' course using what they call 'The Thinking Method'. It is quite similar to Michel Thomas courses, and can be listened to on Soundcloud or downloaded for free!

I found that using the course has really helped me to develop my Spanish speaking ability and help with some of the things I was unsure about.

They also have a course in Greek and a English course for Spanish speakers and the website says they are planning an Arabic and Turkish course.

Check it out! :-)

Thank you for this, I am just starting my journey of trying to learn Spanish for free in a mostly English speaking community. It is as hard as it sounds lol.

I have been using this as well. It really helps build confidence. Since it's audio it's great for multi-tasking as long as you are able to concentrate on the sound. I like it so much I am going to donate since it is completely unfunded and independent.

Somebody else brought up languagetransfer - it is great. Even for a complete noob like me. I was surprised how logical it was. I especially like that there is a woman he's teaching who doesn't know anything, either - so her reactions on the audio are fresh, just like mine would be! Of course, I'd never be comfortable doing this on tape, but it's helpful to hear someone either get it or struggle a tiny bit. I've only listened to a few of them, so I'm sure it'll get more complicated, but love it so far. GREAT resource.

I'm on track 17 and have found Language Transfer a blessing. It has explained many grammar points that I have really struggled with. Now finally I understand.
