I have a hard time remembering that Aonghas is pronounced as /ɯnɯ.əs/ instead of /ɯn.:əs/ (i.e. with "gh" similar to a lenited "g").

The gh or dh in the middle of words is quite often almost silent.

Sorry, is there supposed to be an I at the end of Angus? Previously we've had 'A bheil Aonghas cudrom' and several other examples, without the I.
