Own Dictionary function during the lessons

I think it would be nice to create some "Add to own dictionary" button for the lessons so if one is facing to some idiomatic or somehow strange or misleading word or sentence for him, he could add it to his own database and later have more frequent look on these words and idiomatic expressions
