Will this seems like a nice language learning tool I can use to learn Spanish I am a bit disappointed that there is no Russian, Mandarin, Arabic and Japanese. I was thinking about picking up Russian next year after I have studied Spanish and I do like using these sort of computer based language tools as a starter.

Hopefully in a little over a year there will be Russian available too, and maybe Mandarin as well.

It would also be nice to be able to use something like German or French to learn Spanish, and Spanish to learn any future languages, etc. Strengthening both the target language and the source language at the same time, I'm not going to get any better at English anyway and I think that counts for a lot of people.

We have plans to make it possible for community members to add languages in the near future. We'll keep you posted as these tools get developed.

That's why there should be some kind of Moderator bulletin board which the mods could use to inform all learners of upcoming plans/improvements/changes when they enter the discussion tab. There have been a-lot of discussions regarding other languages, all with the same responses :P

Yes, having a place to add stickies would help share information at once to many people :) There's lots of interest in more languages.
