Learning French, certain phrases appear as "already learned" when they are new

I was going through basics 1 and basics 2 of French and a few times completely new words, that usually appear in orange/red, appear gray/black, indicating that they have been learned at a previous lesson. For example, the french word (and conjugations) for "read" and phrases for "see you tomorrow" and "see you later" came up as previously learned but I had never seen them until that moment.

Am I missing something? Is there something I should be reading before the next lesson?
