I finished my tree!
It took me longer than I expected (more than 167 days since I've used streak freeze loads of times). I guess I can say my knowledge in Spanish is intermediate, with the help of a dictionary of course.
I would like to thank the Duo team for making learning a new language possible. My initial goal for learning Spanish was so I could add something to my resume. It was both fun and stressful at the same time.
I look forward to trying out a new language soon! Good luck to those who have yet to finish theirs! :)
Congratulations to you!
Good look on finishing the other trees! One day, I hope to finish so much trees that I'll have a forest of trees and I will charge people for walks in my forest . Anyway, I'm off topic. Congratulations to you for finishing the spanish tree, I'm sure it took a lot of hard work.
thank you! and that's a nice thought! my tree isn't completely golden though, and there's still a lot of work to be done before i can be fluent. good luck to you as well!
Congrats! Can you tell me how the tree works? You mentioned it's not "golden". Does that mean you have to do something different besides just finishing it?
When you go through the lessons they turn golden yellow but after a short period of time the change color back to the color that they were, except that a meter on the left side of each lesson (it curves around the circles) shows how badly you need to review it. It is recommended that you review them whenever they change color from gold.
Congrats! I'm only like a quarter way through but you've definitely reminded me that it will happen one day!
I'm learning French right now actually. :) The Dutch is the horizontal one :)
that's alright! i got confused at first too. i thought they were the same :)
i cant dream of beating the tree the basic is hard for me. i guess that because i am only 12.
actually, i find it easier to learn things at a younger age, since the brain is more flexible. don't worry, you'll get it somehow :)
