No, they don't. "Lisent" is like "leez" and "lit" is like "lee". "Elles/elle" and "seules/seule" are identical. The trailing "s" in both words is muted unless there is no word starting with a vowel afterwards.

Try using "slower" option if you can't hear it clearly.
