Finished my Spanish Tree!
It took me just over a year to finish the tree. I am currently at level 22 with a 218 day streak.
I still have to use some hints and don't usually make it through lessons with all hearts, but I have learned a ton from Duolingo - It's the best!
I also have a couple of books that I am learning from as well as a few apps that are basically flashcards, Memrise and AccelaStudy.
My future plans are to finish the books and apps, continue to use Duolingo's Spanish until it comes easily, then do the reverse tree.
At this point, I have been able to have basic conversations with a few Spanish speaking acquaintances, waiters at the Mexican restaurant, and people online from Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Spain.
Thank you Duolingo!!! Salud :)
I finished my tree in a month now at level 16. Now I am going back to the weak links to practice more. Noticed there is no sentences to be used in the restaurants and stores. Any suggestions of finding sites to practice?
That is amazing! Me gusta Verbling. Tiene clases videograbados que puedes mirar y grupos de practica debajo 'Community.' Tambien, oí que iTalki es bueno; ellos tienen una sección llamado 'Language Partners.' Buena suerte y Salud!
Congratulations! Here's a few lingots. I wish you luck on your language journey!
Felicitaciones! Los mejores deseos para usted en el futuro! Buena suerte! Diviertase con su espanol!
Gracias! Estoy divirtiendo apprendiento español con Duolingo. Mi hija lo usa tambien.
Congratulations on completing all the skills in the course. Hope you keep improving your fluency in the new language.
Congrats! As a Native Spanish speaker is always a heart warming experience to see someone accomplish something in your own language!
congratulations! It has been fun though it has been a lot longer road for me than I ever imagined. I don't know about you but the last two or three sessions were very difficult tenses for me to figure out - still haven't quite got there - but in the meanwhile the gold on the rest of my tree just sort of flaked off and it seems that I have all bu had to start over :(. I am keeping at it and hopefully solidifying my learning.
I used the conjugation websites to keep my head straight with the different modal/ subjunctive/ past perfect etc. i am going back to specific units in which I was struggled and tried to get used to the language pattern, which helped me a lot.
