Italian Conditional Perfect won't open

Is anyone else having trouble opening the Conditional Perfect exercises in Italian? There were only 2 sets of exercises in V. Modal, the previous topic, which I passed and have a 5/5 strength rating. Yet, I cannot open the next exercises, Conditional Perfect. Inquiries to Duolingo haven't been answered. Thanks!
