Not sure about other native speakers, but in my experience it is rare to say "You don't have humor." or "You have no humor.", but very common to say "You don't have a sense of humor." or "You have no sense of humor." I might change the literal translation to a true translation.

They might as well change both because in Dutch I would also say "Je hebt geen gevoel voor humor".
